We take as much care moving your furniture as we did making it. Every piece leaves our workshop wrapped, crated, and ready for its journey to your home—and we're here to guide you through arrival, assembly, and the years ahead.
White-Glove Shipping
Our standard service includes professional delivery, placement in your chosen room, and unpacking. Our carriers are trained to handle solid oak and natural linen with the attention these materials deserve. We'll remove packaging materials and position your pieces where you want them.
White-Glove Shipping + Assembly
Add professional assembly for sofas, beds, dining tables, and storage pieces. Our team will fully assemble, check stability, and walk you through care before they leave. This is the option we recommend for larger pieces or if you'd prefer not to handle assembly yourself.
Local Pickup
Orders over $2,000 qualify for local pickup at our US distribution point. You'll coordinate a time that works for you, and we'll have your pieces ready on a flatbed. Ideal if you have your own transport or prefer to arrange final delivery yourself.
These timelines begin after your order is confirmed and your piece is ready to ship from our Scandinavian workshop. Made-to-order items may take additional time; we'll confirm the schedule before you complete purchase.
Before Delivery
You'll receive a tracking number and a delivery window (typically a 4-hour slot). Our carrier will contact you 24 hours ahead to confirm. Check that doorways, hallways, and stairwells are clear—our team will measure and plan the route with you if needed.
Upon Arrival
The delivery team will inspect all pieces for damage in transit, remove crating and wrapping, and place items in your room. If you've chosen assembly, they'll complete it before leaving. If anything is damaged or missing, document it immediately with photos and contact us within 24 hours.
After Delivery
Your furniture is now part of your home. We'll provide care instructions specific to your pieces—how to clean natural linen, maintain the oak finish, and what to expect as the wood ages and develops character.
Oak and linen are durable, but they're also living materials that respond to their environment. Here's what we do to protect them:
If your order is delayed or held in transit for more than a few days, the materials inside remain protected. Oak and linen are made to last decades; a few extra days in transit won't harm them.
DIY Assembly
If you're assembling yourself, we include detailed, illustrated instructions with every piece. Most sofas and beds take 30–60 minutes with two people. Dining tables and storage pieces are typically faster. You'll need basic tools (screwdriver, wrench); we'll note any special requirements in your assembly guide.
Professional Assembly
Our assembly partners are familiar with Scandinavian joinery and natural materials. They'll check all connections, test stability, and make sure everything feels solid before they leave. This service is available in most US regions for an additional fee based on piece complexity.
After Assembly
